Citizen Ops
The compound economy is documented by institutions once a year and by victims every day. Citizen Ops is the layer in between: a vetted contributor network feeding the record — with every contribution passing human editorial review before it touches a published page.

Six Ways To Contribute
Carry the record further
Share dispatches with source manifests intact. Reach is how compound operations become harder to ignore — and amplification is the lowest-risk, highest-volume way to contribute.
Adopt a compound
Follow a register entry and flag public developments — enforcement news, corporate filings, local reporting — to the desk for verification.
Add context we missed
Propose corrections, context, or connections on published dispatches. Accepted annotations are credited and become part of the record.
Verify from the region
If you are in or near a tracked region, help verify observable facts — signage, construction, closures. Never approach a site; safety protocols apply.
Break the language wall
Recruitment posts, victim testimony, and local reporting move in Chinese, Thai, Burmese, Khmer, Vietnamese. Translation makes them legible to the record.
Bring documents
Corporate records, leaked chats, recruitment materials. Documents enter the source vault, are hashed, and are verified before use.
Trust Tiers
Trust is earned through accepted contributions, not points. There is no leaderboard yet — there will be no leaderboard until there are real contributors on it.
Entry tier. Amplify and submit leads. No vetting required — contributions are reviewed individually.
Demonstrated accuracy across multiple accepted contributions. Annotation and translation privileges.
Sustained, verified contribution history. Ground-truth assignments and direct desk contact.
Trusted long-term contributors. Early access to investigations and standing assignments.
Why a founding cohort
We are opening Citizen Ops deliberately small. Founding contributors shape the protocols — safety rules, verification standards, credit policy — that every later cohort inherits. If the mission moves you, this is the moment of maximum influence.
We will never ask a contributor to approach a compound, contact an operator, or take physical risk. Contributors who attempt it are removed. The record is not worth a life.
